Toon Tone is an independent fan-made color memory game. Characters, names, and artwork may evoke cartoon tropes but the project is not sponsored or endorsed by any studio or network.

2. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the scoring system to cheat leaderboards, automate slider input, harass other players in wall posts, or upload unlawful content. We may remove posts or suspend access when abuse is detected.
3. User content
Optional wall posts, display names, and share messages may appear publicly. Do not include sensitive personal data. You grant Toon Tone a limited license to display that content for operating the wall and related banners.
4. Disclaimers
The game is provided “as is.” Color perception varies by display calibration. Scores are for entertainment and skill practice, not professional color training certification.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toon Tone and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or game.
